absolutely not the luxurious experience that I expected, with almost lukewarm water in my shower. also, the staff could barely speak English and seemed annoyed I didn't speak Polish, not very welcoming if you ask me. I was really hoping for a complimentary gesture to make up for all this nonsense, but of course, that didn’t happen.

During my stay, I was faced with numerous frustrations. The Wi-Fi in my room was completely unusable, which is expected in a 5-star hotel. the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns, failing to offer any solutions for the issues I encountered. The spa area was overcrowded and unclean, making it an uncomfortable experience for relaxation.

Amazing spa with unlimited access and beautiful lake views. Highly recommend the bowling alley for fun! The tower suite was spacious and comfy. Loved unwinding in the relaxing sauna after a day of exploring.

The location was perfect, with stunning views from the balcony that were simply breathtaking! We had a great time at the breakfast buffet, it had everything from pancakes to fresh fruit, and you could feel the hospitality from staff, which made mornings enjoyable.
It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable for the quality offered.
